From Manage Your Amazon Subscriptions, mapped to the app Account path:

Open the Amazon Shopping app and sign in.
Open Account (often via Profile / Account & Lists, depending on layout).
Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions.
Locate the subscription you want to cancel.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription under Advanced Controls.

If your statement shows Apple, Google Play, or another partner — not Amazon — cancel in that store:
